4 pounds beef brisket - or chuck roast
2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavor - or to taste
2 cups onion - chopped
1 / 4 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 / 4 c. Cayenne Pepper Tea

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 / 2 lemon - sliced
1 tablespoon salt - or to taste
1 / 4 c. Tea freshly ground black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees (slow).
2. Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan, fat side up. Pour liquid smoke to the meat and all, sealed tightly with paper. Roast for 8 hours, while contact once, very soft, and spoils the meat.
