Does the Zone diet (by Barry Sears) REALLY work!? - zone diet
The scheme is the only area where you to 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, consuming 30% fat. Tell me what you about these arrangements or a different experience. I'm trying to find a system that really works for me. Yes, I believe that work in the field of food and I ate like in the last 12 years. I am 37 years old and weigh today as it was when I was in high school, and had two son, now 18 and 15
Thought a few years ago, handle it wack, eat this way, except in borage oil, fish oil capsules and flax seed oil or linseed oil in my pocket.
Today, the studies are told that this way of eating to keep control of your insulin levels and take all the oil is very beneficial. I have no health problems and never ill. But I have to eat this way of life, and I am very satisfied with the results of the whole tour!
Yes, in the food supply system works well. I have some of my bosses in these systems and pretty well, because for them the food was good and it was convenient.
